I think a clean slate might be a good idea, but it also has its don'ts, because of the many people that use the Internet, and when they browse online, it might not meet up to their personality standards. Here's the site that the teacher had on her blog.

CAPCHA

A CAPTCHA stands for "Completely Automated Public Turing Test to tell Computers and Humans Apart"

It is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. A common type of CAPTCHA requires that the user types the letters of a distorted image, usually with obscured sequence of letters or digits that appear in a little box on the screen.

Animation

Sometimes animation on a web page can be a distraction, especially if played over and over again. But it can add personality to a page, if not used as much, for example, when you first enter a web page.

Internet 2

I think Internet 2 gives you resources on us letting know that the Internet will be more useful than it is now, later on in the future. Also, knowing that more people will use it.

Social Networking

I think social networking is very interesting and useful. You can keep in contact with friends or family or any other people, just by going on the Internet. A type that I use often, is Myspace.
